Adult Education
We believe in supporting our families as much as possible so that they are better able to support our children as partners in education. We are proud to be able to say that over 100 parents and carers benefit from courses that we facilitate, every week. These courses include English for speakers of other languages, computing, information about special educational needs, mental health and well-being, support with budgeting, housing, fitness and many more. Some of these sessions are delivered by external providers. They take place in the Gloria Wallen Hall which is located on the school site and all parents and carers are welcome to attend.
These include:
Parents’ Coffee morning – a drop in session with our parent support advisor. This involves a range of activities, including activities such as art and crochet to boost mental health and wellbeing.
(Alternate Fridays from 9am to 11am.)
